As mentioned in part one, the new colors for Autumn/Winter 2023 are Beige Marfa, “New” Bleu Jean, Sun, and Vert Yucca. The initial seasonal color chart included various colors in different leathers, such as Alligator (Shiny) in Amethyste, Chevre in Anemone, and Epsom and Togo in Bambou and Beige Marfa.

There have been updates to the color chart since then, with additional colors currently being produced, such as Blanc Bleu de Prusse in Togo, Bleu Glacier in Ostrich, and Bleu Navy in Epsom. New leathers have also been introduced for colors currently in production, like Chevre Chamkila for Anemone and Box for Bleu Saphir.

The revised Autumn/Winter 2023 color chart now includes these additions, showcasing the various color and leather combinations available. Notable special bag offerings include the Birkin Verso in Cassis/Rouge Grenat and Bleu de Prusse/Bleu Indigo leather, Swift/Toile Birkins in Biscuit/Ecru Toile and Ficelle/Black Toile, the Tricolor Kelly Dépêches 25 Pouch in Écru/Vert Amande/Vert Véronèse, the Birkin 3-in-1 in Cassis, the Shadow Clutch in Gold or Bleu Jean, the Birkin Cargo 25 in Noir, and the Teddy Kelly A 35cm at the Madison Avenue Flagship Boutique.

Moving on to scarves, shoes, and ready-to-wear, we have seen a significant expansion in these lines in recent years, both in terms of offerings and visibility. In the past, shoe colors often seemed unrelated to the other lines, causing confusion. However, in 2023, there is more coherence and variety in shoe styles, including casual styles like the Chypre sandal and the Deep sneaker.

Hermès Ready-to-Wear has also become more accessible, with a wider range of pieces and styles available. These pieces incorporate luxury materials and timeless elements, making them versatile and easy to incorporate into any wardrobe. It’s important to acknowledge these items as partners to the leathers, rather than mere accessories.

When it comes to coordinating the new colors for Autumn/Winter 2023, starting with scarves provides a broader view of the season. Scarves often have themes in terms of color and style, and they can give insight into how Hermès combines their colors. The scarves are grouped into families, and while there may be variations within each family, they offer an idea of how the colors work together.

For example, Beige Marfa can be paired with scarves like Mille et Un Lapins Twilly in Parme/Rose Vif/Camel, Hemisphere Boots in Multicolore Beige Palomino, and La Vallee de Cristal Scarf 90. New Bleu Jean can be matched with scarves like Super Silk Quest in Rouge Grenadine/Turquoise/Rose Vif, Oram Sandal in Bleu Pinède, and Figure Artistique Scarf 90. Sun works well with scarves like Parade en Fanfare Twilly and Cavalier en Forces Scarf 90.

By considering the scarf colors, we can create cohesive looks with shoes and ready-to-wear pieces. This approach allows for a more harmonious and stylish overall ensemble.

In conclusion, the Autumn/Winter 2023 season offers a range of colors and leather combinations for Hermès. By carefully coordinating scarves, shoes, and ready-to-wear with the new colors, you can create fashionable and unique looks that reflect your personal style.
