Fashion and pop culture enthusiasts were collectively stunned in mid-January when Jacquemus unveiled its Spring 2024 show invitation, featuring Kristin Davis, also known as Charlotte York.

Leading up to the Paris show, the brand teased its new collection on Instagram, dropping hints about what fans could expect. One thing is certain: with Jacquemus, expect the unexpected – such as a double-decker kitten-heeled sandal, exaggerated proportions, and unique tailoring.

With each new collection, Simon Porte Jacquemus, the man behind the label, continues to elevate his position in the luxury space, demonstrating that fashion can be both experimental and fun while remaining uncomplicated and accessible.

Porte Jacquemus assured that the brand is not aiming to join the quiet luxury movement but rather embracing pop luxury, characterized by the shoulder, shape, “wrongness,” and sense of humor.

On the runway, an array of innovative bag shapes reflected the brand’s uniqueness and innovation, setting Jacquemus apart in a world of archival revivals and classic shapes.

The collection also featured an expansion of the best-selling La Pochette Rond Carré, as well as new silhouettes such as the Le Calino and Le Vanito. Les Sculptures items are now available to shop via Jacquemus.
